Several years ago, Plas-Tech Engineering began an apprenticeship program. Originally designed to move an existing employee to move to a more technical role that they desired, it has expanded into accepting external applications.
Since our industry operates with many requirements and restrictions, our apprentices need an environment to learn and grow in. And Plas-Tech Engineering prides itself on creating just that. We strive to be a place that creates an environment that our apprentices desire to stay in and gives them opportunities to grow.
