We offer a comprehensive Pre-Sales process that ensures the success of your project. Our team of experts works with you from the very beginning and provides you with the best solutions for your medical device needs.
Initial Consultation: We listen to your project requirements, specifications, and expectations. We then ask questions to clarify your needs and identify potential issues or risks. In addition, we share our capabilities, experience, and portfolio with you.
Design Review: After the initial consultation, we review your design drawings, CAD files, and prototypes. We then provide feedback and suggestions on optimizing your design for manufacturability, functionality, and cost-effectiveness. We also perform a feasibility analysis and risk assessment to evaluate your project’s technical and regulatory aspects.
Quotation: Once we have completed the Design Review, we prepare a detailed quotation that includes the scope of work, timeline, budget, and deliverables. We also include any additional services we can offer, such as packaging, sterilization, testing, and validation. Then we review the quotation with you and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Project Kickoff: Once you approve the quotation and issue a purchase order, we initiate the project and assign a dedicated project manager to oversee your project from start to finish. This project manager will communicate with you regularly to keep you updated on the project status, milestones, and deliverables.
